Giving time to yourself

Hey, Rockstarrs!

How are you holding up? Are you still rooted in your desire to make this the best year ever, or are you starting to wax and wane from your intentions? It’s okay; this is the equivalent of having ebb and flow. There will be times when you are flying high, and there will be times when you are riding low.

If you are a good observer or a social person (no matter in daily life or on social media) you must have seen people complaining about being depressed. Whether it’s because of relationships, family matters, financial problems, professional life or because of Studies, you will hear one sentence from every second person that

I AM HAVING DEPRESSION! I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE! I WANT TO GET RID OF EVERYTHING! I QUIT!

So we all know that these days Depression is talk of the town. And to be honest we are using it as if it is a simple fever which it definitely is not.

Have you ever tried untangling the thoughts that are disturbing you and going to the root causes that with the neutral mind instead of just getting up in the middle by saying I CANT?

Have you ever tried to sit there and count the blessings you have except some bad things happening?

Have you ever given yourself time?

If most of you have answered “YES”. Then I am proud of you. I am literally proud of you. Because it is the key to make your life not best but at least better.

Give yourself the understanding – and the relaxed belief – that everything doesn’t have to happen in this exact moment. Alignment has to occur. Things have to get into place. You have to be ready to receive what you’re asking for whether it’s a person, financial gains, a relationship, or whatever it is. That’s how it is with the goals you put into place. You’ve set the goal. You’ve laid out your plans. Now you have to work on them. Bit by bit. Little by little. One by one. You may not see instant momentum, but if you give it time when you look back you’ll see how far you’ve come and will have evidence – EVIDENCE – that you are going in the right direction.

We all dream of that … and even if we have already lived similar moments, we always want to get to another level … always higher, always better…

We still have 320 days to get it right. Have faith. Be patient. You’re doing great! If you still feel the pull of excitement then roll with it! However, if anxiety, doubt, and worry are trying to creep in meet them at the door and tell them ACCESS DENIED!!!

You’re a forever work in progress.  And it’s the truth because as soon as you reach one goal you will immediately birth another…and another…and another. That’s what makes life, well, LIFE!

Breathe!

Smile!

Enjoy the process!

Have a Blessed life.
